三寶壟霍里森烏爾蒂瑪酒店 (Horison Ultima Semarang)

We stayed during Ied Mubarak holiday for 4 days/3 nights in April 2025. We booked 2 connecting rooms for my family (4 persons). I chose this hotel because it has swimming pool and gym, we used to exercise daily. In fact, the gym was closed for long term maintenance. It should be declared and crossed out from the hotel facility so we noticed from beginning, not surprised on site. The rooms at a glance were ok but when we looked to the interior were lousy. The curtain, gordyn, and bed lamps, dirty and stained. My children room has no curtain, so direct sunshine and very hot during the day. The towel seemed already used for years. not soft, looks lousy and the color not pure white as normally hotel towel. Each room provided safety box but no function at all. if you see the direction on the safety box (see the photo), it supposed has red button inside the box but no button at all. The safety box used 4 battery. In my room has only 2 batteries out of 4 and already expired since March 2018. My children' room has 4 battery but also not functioned. the button numbers and keys cant be pressed so we cant keep important and valuable items inside it. The swimming pool were crowded and the water was dirty. the hotel supposed to overall cleaning to the pool due to holiday seasons but the water obviously dirty. The parking lot is low maintenance, dirty, and rubbish everwhere. the Horison Ultima was only 3 years old last December 2024 as I saw from the stickwerck at lobby. The hotel was Star Hotel and changed to Horison Ultima. The parking lot was narrow and limited. For location is ok, near Java Mall. good for morning walk. the hotel staffs were polite and fast response. the amenities for 4* hotel is good enough. the mini fridge in the room is ok as well as the Aircon. If I may advise the management, please take serious attention to the cleanliness and maintenance also room refurbishment to the lousy interior inside as top priority.

Dari lokasi dan kelas hotel seharusnya dapat fasilitas sesuai expectasi tapi sayang kurangnya maintenance gedung jadi beberapa fasilitas tidak terpenuhi seperti air panas buat mandi tidak berfungsi,handuk yg kurang bersih tampilannya, saluran km mandi yg bau ,saya kuatir lambat Laun kalau tidak segera dilakukan maintenance gedung dan fasilitas atau direnovasi saya yakin satu persatu akan ditinggalkan pelanggannya , ini masukan untuk kemajuan hotel mohon diperhatikan

Sudah lama tidak menginap disini, dulu sih nyaman aja. Tapi kmrin dapat kamar yg fasilitasnya jelek walaupun sudah dipindahkan kamarnya. 1. AC bocor 2. Exhouse fan bocor 3. Toilet Mampet 4 handuk masih lembab bau amis 5. Bantalnya Bau.

Hotel bersihh, view kamar kereen banget, pool nya jg keren pemandangan dari poolnya mantap, anak anak suka smua trims Horison

Untuk lokasi strategis..kebersihan mohon ditingkatkan lagi kolam renang bagus pemandangan di lantai atas sangat memanjakan

pelayanannya oke! kolam renangnya bersih, fasilitas kamar juga oke, pemandangan dr lt paling atas jg bagus bangett, mantap.

Hotel yg sudah agak lama, interiornya sudah tidak terlalu bersih. Kamar mandi bersih. Lorong nya agak gelap. Kolam renang di rooftop lantai 30 nya cukup keren. Gedung parkirnya agak gelap dan sempit. Lokasi sebelah mall, cari makan gampang.

Horison Ultima Semarang is in a state of disrepair. Horison took over Star apartments, so it's much older than suggested, and apparently have done nothing to the building. The corridors and rooms were in a shocking state and the towels were threadbare and greyish (by the way, you'll need to use it at the pool as well because you only get one, which they may change, however, housekeeping is slow and forgot to initially leave any towels in the rooms). The room windows have a film on the outside, presumably to reflect the sun, unfortunately it was bubbling and made looking out impossible. The valet parking is very good, and necessary given the tight space of the parking lot. There is a mall next door which has some passable food options but a car is necessary to get to attractions or downtown. The rooftop infinity pool is the instagramable drawcard of the hotel. The view is excellent but, once again, the cleanliness of the pool and surrounds is poor. Stay elsewhere.
